That is the gap. That is what Continuum Ledger was built to fill.
Architecture
Built on PoH + PoS consensus with SVM parallel execution. Sub-second finality. Regulatory compliance as a first-class protocol citizen.
Tier advancement is earned through performance, not purchased through capital. Three tiers — 2yr, 5yr, 10yr chain retention — each carrying different compliance obligations and earning proportionally higher rewards. Vote weight, rewards, and accountability scale together.
1:3:6 reward ratio15% of every block reward funds federated AI nodes running live anomaly detection, miner scoring, and sanctions screening. No company pays the bill — the protocol does. AI model weights are version-controlled on-chain. Upgrades require DAO supermajority vote.
Self-funded securityThe chain maps directly to SA CFM 2026 regulated intermediary classes. Tier 3 miners qualify for SARB authorisation. Travel Rule is enforced at runtime — it cannot be bypassed at the application layer. Compliance is architecture, not policy.
